We’ve featured kimonos in our collections before, not to mention the various "Easter eggs"—details, finishes, and trims—sourced from distant lands. The Khaki Minimal Kimono sits at the intersection of a shirt and a kimono. It represents a minimalist, versatile fusion that transitions seamlessly from formal to casual, from a wedding to a music festival.

In our approach to fashion, we prioritize versatile staples with transformative power. We believe in pieces that work just as well on their own as they do layered. Crafted from our premium twill, the Khaki Minimal Kimono incorporates shirting elements like a rounded high-low hem and a back yoke with a tailored pleat. On the kimono side, it features a wide, double-layered collar finished internally with our signature "NUN" binding; this can be worn wrapped like a traditional kimono or folded down like a suit lapel. It closes with a wrap-style tie made from the same fabric, though it looks equally charming worn open, letting the ties move freely.
